Indian Cricket Board (BCCI) has given the orders about transferring players according to Bio-Bubble. As we know IPL 2021 is about to start on 9th April 2021. So because of increasing cases of Covid-19, every nation whether it is Pakistan or India or any other country, they are facing the problem regarding their own leagues and upcoming series.

Recently, IND vs ENG has been played behind closed doors just because of Covid-19. BCCI directed that all the players will follow the restrictions and comply on SOPs. And all the players will directly enter into Bio-secure Bubble procedure.

Furthermore, the Board of Indian Cricket stated that the players who were the part of Ind vs Eng series can directly enter into the Bubble Procedure. By doing this they don’t have to follow any rule and also they don’t need to pass through from quarantine period.

And they declared that nobody will allow to enter and not to meet with players at any cost as it will put the lives in danger of others. Necessary staff like Owners of franchises, Commentators, Teams Staff and the umpires will have to face quarantine period before entering or participating in any curricular activity.

Travelling Protocols:

Players will have to use bus services or chartered planes while traveling. If chartered flights are used in any condition, then they have to follow all the protocols.

Remember it’s the condition for just domestic players not for overseas players. They have to follow all the rules and also have to face quarantine days as well.

There are total 12 Bubbles that are being created. Eight Bubbles are created for teams, two Bubbles are meant management of teams and Ground staff and other two for broadcasters.

The BCCI has also cleared that the officials of their own team are not in this bubble. Despite the clearance they still have to follow the protocols like they are not allowed to contact any of them whether it’s personal or professional.

Virus Spreading Issue Through Balls:

The BCCI has briefed everyone in this league that the chances of spreading Covid-19 through balls and bats is too low, In case they don’t put their saliva onto the ball. But it’s not complete here, as the sources, If cricket ball goes outside the ground or outside to the stadium, the match referee will inspect the ball and tell the officials about the condition of ball. If he suspects any kind of irregular activity, he is allowed to change the ball with the inventory. And that ball will be sanitized properly and then they will inspect it again. After that the players will allow to play with that ball.

So here are the briefing and protocols that players will have to follow while playing.
