Pakistan Tour To South Africa 2021:

Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) Has announced the schedule of their April series against South Africa few days ago. They will play there  3 ODi's, and 4 T20 internationals. If they win this series, they will also qualify for the ICC Men's T20i World Cup 2021.

The Pakistan men’s national cricket team will depart from Lahore to Johannesburg on 26th March 2021. They will also play 2 out of 3 ODis in Centurion Cricket Ground, while one match will be played in Johannesburg, South Africa.

Recently They've signed the agreement with Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) that National Team will play 3 ODis and 3 T20is, but after the request of South African Cricket Board, PCB has agreed to play one additional T20i.  

Johannesburg will host the opening two matches on 10th and 12th April, while Pretoria will be the host for the 3rd and 4th T20 international.

Pakistan is now on the 5th position after defeating Zimbabwe and then recently South Africa on the home ground. Recently South African team came here and played 2 test matches and 3T20i's, where Pakistan succeed to defeat by 2-0 in Tests and by 2-1 in T20is. But Due to Covid-19, they couldn't complete their tour against national team. 

The tour to South Africa was originally planned for October 2020, but was postponed due to the Covid-19 pandemic, it has now been rescheduled for April, prior to Pakistan’s two Test and three T20I tour to Zimbabwe, which will commence on 17 April.

“We are delighted to finally confirm the dates and full schedule for Pakistan’s white-ball tour to South Africa. 
We will also have the much-anticipated ‘Betway Pink ODI’ take place during the tour and that is something further to look forward to for the players, the fans and all those associated with this iconic day.

“We are grateful to the PCB for agreeing to our request within a short period of time to increase the length of the trip by adding in a fourth T20, which will give us some much-needed additional international content.”
