PCB Announced Team For Pak vs South Africa And Zimbabwe Series 2021:
PCB CEO Wasim Khan has finally announced squad for the upcoming series of Pakistan against South Africa and then Zimbabwe. Due to rapid increase of Covid-19 cases, PCB had to delay the remaining matches PSL 6th edition. After all the rumors about cancelling the tour against SA, PCB finally stepped in and announced squad for all three formats.
They've made some major changing regarding Sharjeel Khan and Hasan Ali. PCB called the opener and stunning fast bowler as well to perform and to show some action on the field. Karachi King's current opener Sharjeel Khan's recalled for the National Team first time after four years, as he
is only be included in Pakistan's T20I squad.
If we talk about recent performance of the opener, he was the third-highest scorer in this year of PSL, with an amazing strike rate of 171.94. And also he is the only player who scored a hundred in this edition, against the Islamabad United.
Despite the selection of the opener batsman, there are still so many questions is being raised by analysts. As the current CEO of PCB Wasim Khan said in the press conference that We are already working on the fitnessof players and will introduce a new strategy regarding fitness improvement". He also said on Sharjeel's fitness that "Yes, I understand there is still a lot work that needs to be done on his fitness and we are all sure that he will improve this issue with time, but at the moment he can win us big games with his bat."
The other shocking news was about the absence of Yasir Shah from
the National Test side due to his left knee injury.
He's been brilliant and available for the National Team since last seven years. But now we saw a little spike in his performance during last few months. But the great sign for Pakistan's spin bowling is that there are three fabulous leg spinners including Sajid Khan, Zahid Mahmood and Nauman Ali have introduced recently will be in action in this series.
So now let's talk about Hasan Ali the fine pacer of Pakistan's Squad right now has been selected for the national Team. He's been disappeared due to the injury after his marriage, but now he made a comeback starting from PSL and now got a place again in National Side.
Shahnawaz Dahani, the emerging Multan Sultans fast bowler who has a great PSL season so far, was also called up for the Test series against Zimbabwe, Chief selector also said that his performance against foreign Batsmen is so brilliant so now he is able to play in National side.
Even though his economy rate in the PSL is not so good, but he took 9 wickets in four matches with the economy rate of 10.33 which is not a good figure and also he needs to do work on it.

moving to Zimbabwe, where they have to play two Test matches and three
T20Is as well.
